He was found in a cat's mouth when he was only a few weeks old and had his eyes closed. He was taken to the shelter, seen by our veterinarian, and given antibiotics. He also had a fractured hind leg and had to wear a small bandage for several weeks. Fortunately, Mr. Popeye was strong by nature and survived the whole ordeal.
