I'm sponsoring a duckling

Do you love animals? Would you like to make a difference for these little creatures you love so much?

At SOS Miss Dolittle, we receive over 100 orphaned ducklings each year. All have lost their mothers under different circumstances: mother hit by a car or killed by a dog, duckling found alone in a window well or a swimming pool, etc. Many injured adult ducks also need our help.

To be able to continue helping as many orphaned ducklings as possible, we need your support as we receive NO government aid. In fact, each duckling costs us $110 to rehabilitate, but we offer you the chance to become a sponsor for $50.

By agreeing to sponsor a duckling, here's what you'll receive:

• You can choose your duckling's name;
• you will receive a magnificent sponsorship certificate (by email) with your duckling's name and your name (see photo);
• when the ducklings arrive this summer, we will create a sponsors' group on Facebook where we will post arrivals of ducklings/ducks and introduce you to your duckling. Each animal will be identified with a numbered band and will be part of the same group throughout its stay at the shelter. This is the only way to differentiate them because, as a general rule, they are all identical mallard ducks;
• you can see videos and photos every 2 weeks of the ducklings/ducks on the Facebook group;
  
• you can get excerpts of duck releases.
