Nathaniel was rescued at the shelter after being found alone on the side of the road with a leg injury. We feared for some time that he would not be able to walk again, due to a possible severed nerve in his leg. Fortunately, with good convalescence and a lot of physiotherapy, he recovered the use of his leg. Nathaniel was released in 2020 and now roams our beautiful province. A great success!

Since the opening of the shelter, we have helped 20 orphaned and/or injured foxes.
