Milo, the orphaned baby raccoon, arrived at the shelter after his mother, who had been relocated, was lost. This is unfortunately very common. People find a raccoon on their property, set a live trap, relocate the trapped raccoon, and then a few days later discover there's noise in their attic. Unfortunately, we can't take the babies and drop them off in the same place as the mother. She has moved far away. This is one of the reasons why we never encourage people to relocate animals. Instead, we should learn to coexist with them, and SOS Miss Dolittle is also here to help you with your questions.

The fact remains that Milo was taken in by the shelter, released, and many baby raccoons surely had our dear Milo as their father.
